By accessing agentopz.com or using Agent Opz services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Agent Opz provides a production operations platform for AI agent fleets. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.
During the early access period, the service is provided as-is. Features may change, limits may be adjusted, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you submit to Agent Opz. You grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.
You may not use Agent Opz to monitor agents engaged in illegal activity, to circumvent usage limits through technical means, or to resell access to the service without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Opz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
